Introduction

Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, managing the entire lifecycle from collection to customer receipt.
- Coordinate daily operations with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce the incidence of lost or damaged packages.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, optimizing loading, sorting, and dispatch processes.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare daily/weekly dashboards, and propose operational enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs, and local government requirements.
- Collaborate with the regional logistics manager to align hub performance with broader network goals.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to forecast demand, manage inventory, and support decision‑making.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector.
- Demonstrated experience in both Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data visualization).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional coordination.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Rembang, Kab. Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
- Flexible to work standard hours (09:30 – 18:30) with occasional overtime as operational demands dictate.
