This program is designed for fresh graduates, senior high school (SMK) students, and university candidates who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑paced world of accounting within the transportation and logistics sector. The internship lasts for three months, offering a full‑time schedule (08:00‑17:00) and a monthly allowance, with the potential to transition into a permanent role upon successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounting team in processing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare, verify, and file supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, and delivery orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Participate in monthly bank reconciliations and help identify discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of internal financial reports, cash flow statements, and expense summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics division to reconcile freight charges, fuel surcharges, and customs duties.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the year‑end audit preparation by gathering and organizing audit trails.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation opportunities, and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Engage in regular training sessions on accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and company financial procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
