Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tenaga Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join our rapidly expanding retail company. This role is focused on driving the sales of consumer goods across our network of stores, ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable assistance and a seamless shopping experience. As a key member of the sales team, you will represent the brand, foster strong relationships with customers, and contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell a wide range of consumer products, meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide detailed product information, demonstrate usage, and answer customer inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain attractive product displays, ensure proper stocking, and execute merchandising plans that maximize visibility.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, and networking within the local community.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and other team members to coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and inventory audits.
- Record daily sales activities, update customer databases, and submit accurate reports to the regional sales supervisor.
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a courteous manner, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace safety, working a 7‑hour shift from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female Muslim candidate, aged 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in consumer product sales or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and personal responsibility.
- Strong sales development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Flexibility to work a 7‑hour shift, Monday through Saturday, with the ability to adapt to peak periods and promotional events.
- Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and sales reporting tools.
