Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Security Operations and Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm devices, to detect and respond to potential threats in real time.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across facilities, identifying gaps and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Develop, update, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans in line with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate and lead incident investigations, preparing detailed reports and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff on security protocols, personal safety, and data protection.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring continuous coverage and seamless handover between teams.
- Perform routine audits of physical security measures, such as visitor management, perimeter controls, and asset protection.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly security performance metrics for senior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of security incidents, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
- Support the implementation of new security technologies and assist with vendor evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred for specialized positions.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in security operations, risk management, or related fields.
- Strong ethical standards: honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a solid work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday), overtime, and under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional appearance.
- Proficiency in basic security software, incident reporting tools, and MS Office suite.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to assess risks and devise practical solutions.
- Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond quickly to emergencies.
