Introduction
Laundry Hack Store, a fast‑growing specialist in retail laundry supplies, is seeking a dedicated Administrator Keuangan dan Operasional to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and smooth day‑to‑day operations of our flagship store located at Jl. H Batong Raya No. 33, Cilandak Barat. As the financial backbone of the store, you will collaborate closely with sales, inventory, and management teams to drive efficiency, support growth, and uphold our reputation for reliable service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record daily financial transactions, including cash receipts, bank deposits, and vendor payments, using both manual ledgers and digital accounting software.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports—cash flow statements, profit & loss summaries, and variance analyses—to senior management.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels of retail laundry products, ensuring stock availability while minimizing over‑stock and shrinkage.
- Coordinate daily store operations, scheduling staff, managing shift changes, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
- Implement and oversee internal controls to safeguard assets, detect discrepancies, and streamline expense approvals.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
- Assist in budgeting processes, providing insight into operational costs and identifying opportunities for cost‑saving initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems for receipts, invoices, and tax documents to facilitate audits and compliance checks.
- Provide timely responses to internal queries regarding financial data, and support the HR team with payroll processing as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting workflow enhancements and participating in regular team meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field; SMA/SMK acceptable with strong accounting experience.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a financial or operational administrator, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic macro functions; familiarity with simple accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir).
- Excellent analytical skills for financial evaluation, cash flow management, and operational efficiency analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a collaborative team mindset.
