Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Senior Sales Regional to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct self‑selling activities for company products, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the assigned region.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers, gathering initial data in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately input application information into the CRM system, verifying that all documentation is complete and error‑free before submission.
- Facilitate contract signing, providing clear explanations of terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer performance and product usage after contract activation, addressing any issues and recommending enhancements to maximize retention.
- Maintain a well‑organized schedule of field visits, ensuring coverage of high‑potential territories while adhering to safety and travel policies.
- Collaborate with internal support teams—including finance, legal, and product development—to streamline the sales process and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within automotive or financial services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
- Preferred knowledge of cars, automotive financing, and used‑vehicle market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self‑motivated, agile, and able to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
