Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product catalogs on the e‑commerce platform, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Process incoming orders, verify payment confirmations, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing courteous and solution‑focused support.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social‑media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic and engage the audience.
- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing online campaigns, including promotions, flash sales, and influencer collaborations.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting sales trends, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile daily sales data and assist in budgeting forecasts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Perform routine administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, and preparing presentation materials in PowerPoint.
- Work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet peak‑season demands and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 22‑30 years (all genders are welcome to apply).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in social‑media administration or e‑commerce support.
- Strong familiarity with major social‑media platforms and online marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under target‑driven conditions and handle occasional overtime.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
