Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Advertiser Senior Strategist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in online advertising, a proven track record of managing substantial ad spend, and the ability to craft effective sales funnels from prospecting to closing. This role offers the opportunity to shape high‑impact campaigns across major platforms such as Meta Ads while collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other major ad networks.
- Develop end‑to‑end sales funnels, including audience segmentation, ad creative, landing page design, and conversion tracking.
- Create and maintain high‑converting landing pages that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and email follow‑ups, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor daily ad spend, ensuring a minimum budget of IDR 5,000,000 per month is allocated efficiently across channels.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand product value propositions and translate them into compelling ad narratives.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, copy, and landing page elements to maximize conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting key wins and areas for optimization.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing paid media campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience handling a minimum ad spend of IDR 5,000,000 per month.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with other platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Strong understanding of funnel architecture—from awareness through consideration to purchase and post‑sale retention.
- Ability to build functional, responsive landing pages using tools like WordPress, Unbounce, or similar.
- Basic copywriting skills with a knack for crafting clear, concise, and persuasive messages.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating strategies to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
