We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Bagian Pelayanan Pelanggan dan Hubungan Publik. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the experience of our guests and maintaining a positive public image for the company. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, handling both morning and afternoon shifts, and will be the front‑line ambassador for our brand. Your primary mission is to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with honesty, courtesy, and efficiency, while also supporting broader communication initiatives across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a calm, professional manner, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain and update the company’s social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless order delivery and a high level of satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other public‑facing materials to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor customer feedback trends and propose actionable improvements to management.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, community outreach programs, and customer appreciation activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage handling procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 20‑40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though experience in customer service, food & beverage, or public relations is a plus.
  • Personal qualities: Honest, trustworthy, and reliable; presents a neat and professional appearance; proactive and not prone to laziness.
  • Availability: Willingness to work either morning or evening shifts (08:00‑17:00) from Monday to Saturday.
  • Core skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; basic knowledge of food and beverage service; proficiency in using smartphones, email, and social media platforms.
  • Soft skills: Problem‑solving, empathy, teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward learning.
