To support our rapid growth and deepen our impact, we are seeking an enthusiastic Account Officer for the Jakarta Barat region. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with micro‑entrepreneurs, managing credit portfolios, and ensuring timely collection of loan repayments. The successful candidate will work across several branch locations, including Kedoya, Tambora, Tanah Abang, Pademangan, Tangerang, and Tangerang Selatan, and will enjoy a collaborative environment that values integrity, results‑orientation, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and nurture new micro‑enterprise clients in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Present and explain financing products, facilitate group formation, and conduct thorough feasibility surveys for prospective borrowers.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end loan process: application intake, documentation, disbursement, and re‑loan (refinancing) arrangements.
- Monitor repayment schedules, perform proactive collection activities, and manage delinquent accounts while maintaining respectful client relationships.
- Prepare accurate, timely activity reports and provide insights to senior management on portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with internal credit assessment teams to ensure risk‑based underwriting and compliance with internal credit limits.
- Travel to assigned branch locations as needed, using a personal motor vehicle and a valid SIM C.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development units to tailor financing solutions that meet the evolving needs of the UMKM (micro‑business) segment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit financing (preferably UMKM) or collection within a micro‑finance environment.
- Possession of a personal motorbike and an active SIM C for operational mobility.
- Proven ability to work under targets and strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity, honesty, discipline, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Demonstrated track record of reliable performance and professional conduct.
- Flexibility to be placed in any of the following branches: Kedoya, Tambora, Tanah Abang, Pademangan, Tangerang, or Tangerang Selatan.
