Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 10 marketing officers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development plans.
- Develop and execute sales operation strategies that support revenue targets and market expansion in the Central Java region.
- Conduct regular market and credit analysis to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and guide pricing decisions.
- Coordinate with the finance and product departments to align promotional campaigns with budgetary constraints and product roadmaps.
- Design, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales funnel conversion, customer acquisition cost, and forecast accuracy.
- Streamline sales processes by implementing CRM tools, automation workflows, and data‑driven decision‑making frameworks.
- Facilitate weekly strategy meetings, presenting insights, action plans, and progress updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking, adaptability, and tactical leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: maximum 33 years.
- Gender: open to all genders; the role emphasizes merit and capability.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Credit Analyst, Supervisor, or Marketing Officer.
- Proven track record of leading a team of 5‑15 members and achieving sales targets.
- Essential documents: valid SIM C, photocopy of KTP, diploma, academic transcript, birth certificate, family card, and a recent 4×6 cm passport‑style photo.
- Core soft skills: strong adaptability, inspirational leadership, tactical decision‑making, effective discussion facilitation, and excellent communication.
- Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with a commitment to meet project deadlines.
