Responsibilities
- Learn and master all crew positions, including server, presenter, kitchen assistant, barista, and cleaning duties.
- Perform rolling station assignments to ensure seamless coverage during peak periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) operations, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow, support new staff, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team briefings to stay updated on menu changes and service procedures.
- Adapt to shift schedules, working flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in the food & beverage sector are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a shifting system (Monday – Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic barista skills, cash register operation, and knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn traditional food preparation techniques and menu items.
