Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Production Department as Operator Magang (Intern Operator). This entry‑level position is designed for fresh graduates or students who are eager to start a career in the manufacturing and production sector. As an intern operator, you will gain hands‑on experience with modern production lines, learn essential machine‑control techniques, and develop a solid foundation in industrial operations while contributing to our daily output.
The role is based at our state‑of‑the‑art facility, operating on a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule with a standard shift from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be physically healthy, disciplined, and ready to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior operators in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and promptly report any abnormalities or downtime to the shift supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Participate in routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks to keep the production line running smoothly.
- Record production data, including output counts, material usage, and any deviations, using the company’s digital tracking system.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to perform visual inspections and basic defect identification.
- Support the logistics team by preparing finished goods for packaging and shipment.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending on‑the‑job training sessions, safety briefings, and skill‑development workshops.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements during team meetings, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental policies, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 or SMK/SMA equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 25 years old (maximum).

- Basic knowledge of machine control systems and a strong interest in manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.

- Good physical condition and mental resilience to handle the demands of a production floor.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Technical skill: Familiarity with basic maintenance of control systems and machinery is advantageous.
