Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) – Rotating to join our dynamic field team in the Surakarta & Sukoharjo regions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct customer interaction, have a passion for retail merchandising, and are comfortable navigating multiple store locations on a daily basis. The role involves representing our brand, promoting a range of consumer products, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Execute direct selling activities by presenting product features, benefits, and promotional offers to customers at designated retail outlets.
- Follow a rotating schedule that aligns with the company’s store listing, ensuring coverage of all targeted locations within the Surakarta and Sukoharjo areas.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while engaging with store managers, staff, and end‑consumers to foster strong, long‑lasting relationships.
- Track daily sales performance, report on key metrics, and provide feedback on consumer preferences to the regional sales manager.
- Handle product inventory, arrange product displays, and ensure that promotional materials are properly displayed and replenished.
- Achieve or exceed predefined sales targets and participate in regular performance reviews.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone (minimum 6 GB RAM) to log activities, update inventory, and communicate with the back‑office team via the mobile SPG application.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and safety, including the proper use of a valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for transportation.
- Identify new sales opportunities, gather market intelligence, and suggest improvements to product positioning or promotional strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a mobile SPG or in a similar direct‑selling role.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid active SIM C driver’s license.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 6 GB of RAM (iOS devices are not supported).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly with store staff and customers.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently while adhering to a rotating schedule.
- Flexibility to work weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00; exact working days will be communicated during onboarding.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
