Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Field Sales Promoter (Male) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our water‑pump product line, responsible for driving sales, building lasting relationships with retailers and end‑users, and ensuring optimal product visibility in key supermarket locations. This role offers a blend of direct sales, customer service, and inventory management, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, market‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote, demonstrate, and sell water‑pump products to consumers within assigned supermarket and building‑materials outlets.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to both retail staff and end‑customers, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store managers, shop owners, and individual buyers to foster repeat business.
  • Monitor stock levels daily, coordinate with the logistics team to replenish inventory, and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Set up, arrange, and regularly refresh product displays to maximize visual appeal and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after‑sales service requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on sales performance, stock movements, and market feedback.
  • Travel within the assigned territory using a personal motorcycle, visiting the nearest supermarkets and construction‑material stores relative to the employee’s residence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, in‑store events, and seasonal offers.
  • Continuously gather competitive intelligence and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age between 19 and 30 years (maximum 35 years for consideration).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hardware, home‑improvement, or consumer‑goods sector.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence buying decisions.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing sales targets and market conditions.
  • Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools, sales administration software, and mobile reporting applications.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Passion for sales and a genuine interest in the water‑pump industry.
