Introduction
Snackita, a fast‑growing retail brand under the renowned SANDS Group (home to brands such as Oppo, Makuku, Tomoro Coffee, J&T Cargo, and more), is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Bratang Gede location. This role is pivotal for maintaining the high‑energy environment that our customers expect while supporting the strategic growth of the Snackita footprint across Java.
The ideal candidate will combine solid retail experience with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, and will be eager to advance toward a Regional Manager position overseeing multiple stores.
Responsibilities
- Store Operations & Development: Oversee all aspects of store performance, from day‑to‑day activities to long‑term growth initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Build, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team of approximately 10 operational staff members and assistant managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Quality & Service Standards: Maintain product quality, store cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere, guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Sales & Profitability: Drive sales targets, control operating costs, manage inventory levels, and implement data‑driven strategies to maximize profitability.
- Talent Development: Mentor crew members to develop future store leaders, creating clear career pathways within the organization.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address escalations promptly, resolve internal conflicts, and devise sustainable solutions that improve efficiency and morale.
- Accelerated Career Path: Participate in a fast‑track program designed to prepare you for managing five or more stores within a short timeframe.
- Flexibility: Willingness to relocate across Java and work rotating shift schedules, including Saturdays.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data‑analysis capabilities.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a business‑oriented approach.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, decisiveness, and ability to manage multi‑outlet teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategy development.
- Open to relocation across Java and comfortable with shift work (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
