To strengthen our presence in the Subang region, we are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan for the Pamanukan area. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, expanding market coverage, and ensuring that our brand remains the top choice for customers.
Responsibilities
- Control and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Pamanukan territory, ensuring achievement of the set quota.
- Conduct thorough territory mapping and analysis to identify growth opportunities, new retail outlets, and underserved locations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and on‑the‑job training.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to guarantee optimal product availability and timely delivery to outlets.
- Develop and execute promotional activities, in‑store displays, and trade‑marketing initiatives aligned with corporate campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and local authorities, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and health & safety regulations, including COVID‑19 vaccination requirements.
- Participate in regular field visits, mystery shopper programs, and brand audit exercises to uphold product visibility and merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (preferred) – however, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Maximum 35‑37 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in FMCG sales or a related field.
- Proven leadership abilities, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent analytical skills for sales data interpretation and territory planning.
- Effective team‑player who can collaborate across functions and motivate staff.
- Vaccinated against COVID‑19 (minimum one dose).
- Willingness to be based in Pamanukan, Kab. Subang, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
