Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Production Machine Operator to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team in Bandar Lampung. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who have completed secondary vocational education (SMA/SMK) in production or a related field, possess at least one year of hands‑on experience with industrial machinery, and are eager to grow within the printing and paper‑cutting sector. The successful applicant will support senior operators, maintain equipment performance, and help ensure that daily output meets stringent quality and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior machine operators in setting up, calibrating, and running printing and paper‑cutting machines.
- Monitor production cycles, record run‑time data, and report any deviations to supervisors promptly.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and replacing wear components.
- Identify minor faults, troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for more complex repairs.
- Load raw materials (paper rolls, ink cartridges, etc.) and unload finished products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools, spare parts, and safety equipment are readily accessible.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to meet production targets, assist in shift handovers, and share best practices.
- Observe and respect all company policies, especially those related to workplace safety, environmental protection, and religious observances (five‑time prayer for Muslim employees).
- Document daily activities, log any incidents, and prepare reports for management review.
- Operate a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) for intra‑plant logistics or short‑distance material transport as needed.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 28 years.
- Islamic faith with a commitment to observing the five daily prayers.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK with a focus on Production, Mechanical, or Electrical studies.
- At least 1 year of practical experience operating industrial printing or cutting machines.
- Residency in Bandar Lampung or willing to relocate within the city.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Honest, diligent, and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and proficiency in operating a motorcycle for material transport.
- Familiarity with basic machine safety protocols and production workflow.
