Responsibilities
- Promote and recommend a wide range of fashion and beauty products, tailoring suggestions to each customer’s style and needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while supporting overall store performance.
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and personalized service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key metrics such as conversion rates, average ticket size, and inventory turnover.
- Conduct regular stock‑take (Stock Opname) according to the schedule, verifying quantities, identifying discrepancies, and updating the inventory system.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to visual merchandising, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Assist in visual merchandising setups, ensuring displays are attractive, seasonally relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the store manager and fellow team members to plan promotional events, flash sales, and product launches.
- Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Female candidates, age 20‑29 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in retail fashion or beauty sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and produce detailed sales reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic POS systems.
- Excellent time‑management, responsibility, and the ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends.
- Presentable appearance, tidy grooming, and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Palangkaraya department store and adapt to the store’s operational policies.
