Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Asisten Penjualan Toko Retail to join our dynamic retail team. This full‑time position is based in a busy storefront environment where you will interact directly with customers, support store operations, and help drive sales performance. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, and displayed according to planograms.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, receiving shipments, and updating inventory records.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting one another during peak hours.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, utilizing a personal smartphone and SIM C for quick communication.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns to maximize store visibility.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment for both customers and staff.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer trends, and potential improvements to store processes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required, though any customer‑service background is a plus.
- Personal qualities: Honesty, good health, physical stamina, and a pleasant personality.
- Technical tools: Ownership of a smartphone with an active SIM C for communication; possession of a driving licence (SIM A) is preferred.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Stress management: Capacity to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy periods.
- Skills: Familiarity with basic store management systems, cash handling, and inventory tracking.
