Introduction
The Credit Marketing Officer will be based in Banjarmasin and will play a pivotal role in expanding our dealer network while ensuring the credit quality of our loan portfolio. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with automobile dealers, ensuring mutual trust and smooth communication.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analyses and feasibility surveys for prospective borrowers, evaluating repayment capacity and risk factors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting our financing products and identifying new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present credit proposals to internal underwriting committees, supporting them with accurate data and clear rationale.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, legal, and collections teams to streamline the loan origination process.
- Monitor the performance of existing dealer accounts, providing after‑sales support and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting credit and financing.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and market insights to senior management on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience; no minimum years of experience required.

- Solid understanding of financing concepts, credit assessment, and loan structuring.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset: detail‑oriented, critical thinker, diligent, resilient, loyal, and disciplined.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with credit management software.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
