Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Present food and beverages with consistent quality, following portion control and plating guidelines.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization at all times, including regular sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Conduct routine inventory checks, restock supplies, and report any shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions and seamless service flow.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with accuracy.

Requirements
