Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Present food and beverages with consistent quality, following portion control and plating guidelines.
  • Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization at all times, including regular sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.

  • Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions and seamless service flow.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with accuracy.
  • Identify and address any customer complaints promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • No upper age limit; all ages are welcome.

  • Zero to minimal prior experience; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Professional appearance: clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
