Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Land Surveyor – Spesialis Pengukuran Tanah to join our fast‑growing construction team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering accurate topographic and boundary surveys that form the backbone of every successful building project. This position is field‑based, requiring frequent travel to active construction sites across the region, and offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid technical background in geodesy or civil engineering to further develop their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land measurements for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects using Total Station, GPS Geodetik, Waterpass, and other surveying instruments.
- Develop detailed project maps and establish coordinate points that align with design specifications and client requirements.
- Process raw field data into clear, professional drawings and technical reports using AutoCAD, GIS, or comparable mapping software.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and on‑site crews to communicate survey findings and resolve any discrepancies.
- Verify that project boundaries conform to legal documents, cadastral records, and approved site plans.
- Perform pre‑construction site assessments, monitor ongoing construction activities, and update survey data as the project progresses.
- Prepare and submit periodic survey reports, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and meet internal quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, keeping detailed logs of instrument performance and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies while working in diverse terrain and weather conditions.
- Mentor junior survey staff, sharing best practices in field techniques and data management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Geodesy, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field (SMK/D3 acceptable with relevant experience).
- Age not exceeding 35 years; male candidates preferred as per project specifications.
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably on construction sites.
- Proficiency in operating Total Station, GPS Geodetic receivers, Waterpass, and other distance‑angle measurement tools.
- Strong command of surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other GIS/mapping platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility for the integrity of survey results.
- Willingness to work mobile field assignments, including relocation to remote project sites as needed.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, legal land documents, and coordinate systems.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during critical project phases.
