Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations that align with their lifestyle and preferences.
- Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet overall store goals.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor and product displays, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge—including features, materials, and functional benefits—to confidently convey value propositions.
- Conduct regular stock counts (stock opname), reconcile inventory discrepancies, and assist with replenishment processes.
- Support cash‑register operations when needed, ensuring accurate transaction handling and adherence to cash‑handling policies.
- Participate in promotional events, seasonal sales drives, and in‑store training sessions to continuously improve performance.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, inventory issues, and opportunities for merchandising improvements.
Requirements
- Age: 20–27 years (flexible based on candidate suitability).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years in retail, fashion, sports apparel, or a related customer‑service environment.
- Appearance: Well‑presented, neat, and aligned with the brand’s image.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, confident, and able to build rapport quickly.
- Sales Ability: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; persuasive yet ethical selling style.
- Soft Skills: High motivation to learn, initiative, strong organizational abilities, and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Additional Assets: Prior experience with visual merchandising, inventory management systems, or cash handling is advantageous.
