Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Petugas Remedial Muaro Labuh to join our credit recovery team. This full‑time position is based in Muaro Labuh and reports directly to the Credit Management Supervisor. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing overdue accounts (A/R Overdue), ensuring timely collection, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue receivables, ensuring all actions are performed within the established timelines.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Analyze credit files and payment histories to identify risk patterns and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management review.
- Coordinate with the underwriting and sales departments to obtain necessary documentation for dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate records in the credit management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
- Participate in periodic audit activities and support regulatory compliance related to credit recovery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the remedial function.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing delinquency rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection (experience in the multifinance sector is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
