Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Administration & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pringsewu, Lampung. This pivotal role bridges the gap between inventory management and the sales function, ensuring that stock levels are accurately tracked, orders are efficiently processed, and financial reconciliations are performed on time. The successful candidate will work closely with sales representatives, production planners, and the finance department to support seamless operations in a fast‑paced provider environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily stock reports, highlighting variances, shortages, and surplus items.
- Allocate inventory to sales teams based on demand forecasts and order priorities.
- Verify that customer payments correspond with dispatched goods, coordinating with finance to resolve discrepancies.
- Compile and organize retail outlet orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and documentation.
- Conduct daily stock‑opname during order cut‑off periods to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
- Generate production lists for retail outlet orders, collaborating with the manufacturing unit to meet delivery schedules.
- Inspect incoming and stored goods for expiration dates, flagging any at‑risk items for removal or discounting.
- Implement and monitor a FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) system to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions—including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macro‑enabled formulas—to automate reporting and data analysis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and documenting standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference given to candidates with an associate (D3) or bachelor’s (S1) degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or logistics‑focused company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create and maintain complex formulas and dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail for accurate stock monitoring and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams.
- Ability to follow established workflows and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Residency in Pringsewu, Lampung or willingness to relocate is highly desirable.
