Responsibilities
- Manage incoming orders from major platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp, verifying accuracy of product selection, quantities, and customer information.
- Coordinate daily dispatches with logistics partners, schedule pick‑ups, and monitor shipment status to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Maintain real‑time inventory levels for fashion apparel and household equipment, performing regular stock reconciliations and reporting shortages.
- Process returns and exchanges, updating the system promptly and communicating resolutions to customers.
- Provide timely, courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Support the sales team by preparing order summaries, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Host live streaming sessions to showcase new products, answer viewer questions, and drive engagement on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional campaigns with inventory availability.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation related to sales transactions.
- Continuously improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Accounting or Office Administration is preferred.
- Age: 24 years or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates are specifically sought for this position.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in sales administration, e‑commerce order processing, or customer service.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and e‑commerce management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and honest, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict delivery targets.
- Residence in Sidoarjo or surrounding areas is preferred to facilitate quick coordination with the warehouse.
- Ability to host live streaming sessions, engage audiences, and promote products in a dynamic online environment.
- Team player mindset, adaptable to changing priorities, and eager to learn industry trends in fashion and home goods.
