We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi Spesial to join our vibrant coffee team in Ngawi City. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties that ensure every cup of coffee meets our exacting standards and that customers leave with a memorable experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, and signature creations, following precise recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee‑making equipment, performing routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to each guest, answering questions about menu items, coffee origins, and brewing methods.
- Manage cash registers, process payments accurately, and handle daily sales reporting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including regular table clearing, floor sweeping, and restocking of supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate restocking needs to the manager.
- Adhere to food safety and health regulations, ensuring all ingredients are stored and handled properly.
- Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and occasional promotional events to stay current on new products and seasonal offerings.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki).
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.
- Experience: Open to both experienced and entry‑level applicants; prior barista experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Location: Preference given to candidates residing in or near Ngawi City.
- Key Skills: Demonstrated barista skills, ability to operate coffee equipment, strong customer service orientation, good communication, and a willingness to learn.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
