Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Channeling professional to join our dynamic sales organization. In this role, you will act as a catalyst for growth by recruiting and nurturing AXI partners and other distribution channels that sell MPL products and our pre‑owned vehicle exchange platform. The position offers a structured compensation package, performance‑based incentives, and the opportunity to develop a robust network of independent business agents across the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard AXI partners and additional sales channels to expand the distribution of MPL and vehicle exchange products.
- Coach and mentor AXI partners, providing them with the tools, training, and motivation needed to increase productivity and achieve financial well‑being.
- Plan, organize, and execute regular channel meetings, informational sessions, and networking gatherings to keep agents informed about product updates, market trends, and promotional initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted business consultant for all channel partners, guiding them toward operational independence while helping them build and scale their own sub‑networks of business associates.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager – Channeling and the Sales Operations (SO) team to design, implement, and monitor activity plans that align with regional sales targets.
- Represent the organization at AXI Mentor events and other industry forums, sharing best practices and gathering market intelligence to refine channel strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports on channel performance, and recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations while ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the channel network.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building lasting relationships with diverse partners.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop sales teams, with a focus on coaching rather than micromanaging.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple meetings and activities simultaneously.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing KPI‑based targets.
- Comfortable using basic office software and sales management tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Open to working flexible hours and occasional travel to meet channel partners and attend training events.

- Competitive base salary determined by the employee’s placement level.
- Monthly commission of IDR 410,000 in addition to the base salary.
