Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our growing team in Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business channel orders are processed efficiently, from initial receipt through credit approval and final hand‑off to our Survey Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate strong computer proficiency, and possess a keen eye for accuracy and integrity.
Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, offering a stable routine while supporting our customers’ financing needs across the region. Responsibilities
- Follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Collect, verify, and enter complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining strict data quality standards.
- Input order details received via the “dicicilaja” portal, aligning them with internal workflow requirements.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or customer grading, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly to applicants, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Generate and dispatch survey orders to the SOC, coordinating schedules and ensuring all necessary documentation is attached.
- Liaise with the SHC (Sales & Handover Center) to track the status of ongoing consumer orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date entry of customer data, guaranteeing compliance with internal audit and regulatory standards.
- Support cross‑functional teams by providing accurate reporting on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or channel processing roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, data entry systems, and familiarity with credit assessment tools.
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, SOC staff, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
