Responsibilities
- Prepare and clear tables promptly, ensuring a tidy dining area throughout service hours.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Refill water glasses, replenish napkins, condiments, and other table settings as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and spot‑cleaning tables and chairs.
- Support kitchen staff by removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
- Monitor the dining floor for any hazards or spills and address them immediately to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen crew to coordinate smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and cleaning chemicals.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, answering basic questions about menu items when appropriate.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to share feedback and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Honest, responsible, and dependable attitude.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 kg during shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is a plus.
