Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic canvassing and scheduled visits to retail outlets, UMKM, and prospective clients to introduce and promote our fragrance portfolio.
- Present product features, articulate scent profiles, and provide complimentary samples to help customers experience the fragrance’s uniqueness.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate perfume or cosmetic products that align with their target market and personal preferences.
- Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and key decision‑makers to secure repeat orders and long‑term partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional bundles while ensuring profitability and adherence to company guidelines.
- Close sales efficiently, process orders, and coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee timely delivery.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, preparing detailed reports for regional managers and suggesting corrective actions when necessary.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback for product development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future marketing initiatives.
- Participate in periodic training sessions, product launches, and promotional events to stay updated on the latest fragrance innovations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age group are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related FMCG sectors.
- Possession of a valid motorbike, a current SIM C (motorcycle driving licence), and the ability to travel independently across assigned territories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple client accounts, scheduling visits, and meeting deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a field‑based environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in sales administration tools, such as order entry software, mobile CRM apps, and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, with occasional visits outside regular hours for special events or key client meetings.
