Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and organize all designated work areas, including open‑plan offices, private workstations, conference rooms, restrooms, and common corridors.
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, and wiping of hard‑floor surfaces, ensuring no residue or stains remain.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations, and replace liners in waste bins regularly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies such as disinfectants, paper towels, and hand soap, keeping supply closets orderly.
- Inspect completed work to verify that all areas meet the company’s high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaky faucets, broken fixtures) to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and adapt to special requests from management or client representatives.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, or post‑event clean‑up, as directed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the company’s brand positively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA) or vocational equivalent (SMK) – further education is a plus.
- Age: 18‑35 years old, with a willingness to work flexible hours if required.
