Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Operational Support to join our dynamic team in Demak. This full‑time position plays a critical role in ensuring daily operational activities run smoothly, supporting both technical and administrative functions. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be an essential link between frontline staff, management, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of daily operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory checks, and equipment maintenance.
- Provide technical support to staff by troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data, prepare regular reports, and update standard operating procedures.
- Support the procurement process by tracking supplies, preparing purchase orders, and liaising with vendors.
- Monitor workplace safety compliance, conduct routine inspections, and report any hazards to the safety officer.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Handle incoming communications, respond to client inquiries, and ensure timely follow‑up on service requests.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements based on on‑the‑ground observations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, onboarding new staff, and maintaining training documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old (maximum).
- Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with the specific operational needs of the role.
- Prior experience in operational support, logistics, or technical assistance is preferred.
- Strong work ethic: hard‑working, meticulous, and honest.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Residency in Demak or surrounding areas is highly desirable to ensure punctuality and local knowledge.
- Basic technical aptitude, including familiarity with common office software and simple troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, with a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities.
