Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Pengiriman Barang Tingkat 2 to join our fast‑growing logistics team. This role is essential for ensuring that parcels and freight reach customers safely, on time, and with a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, a valid driver’s license appropriate for the courier position, and a strong commitment to health, safety, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and load parcels and shipments in compliance with company standards.
- Plan and follow efficient daily routes using GPS and company routing software, ensuring timely deliveries between Monday and Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Inspect packages for damage, verify documentation, and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, update tracking systems in real‑time, and report any discrepancies to the dispatch supervisor.
- Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, and keep the courier vehicle clean and well‑maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of outbound shipments, including labeling, manifest creation, and coordination with warehouse staff.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies regarding handling of hazardous or fragile items.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new delivery technologies, customer service best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM) appropriate for a courier vehicle.
- Good physical health; ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 kg and stay active throughout the workday.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers.
- Basic literacy in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to read and write delivery documents.
- Time‑management skills and the ability to work independently while meeting strict delivery schedules.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and adapt to varying weather conditions.
