Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for grades 1‑6, incorporating both academic and character education.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including interactive activities, multimedia resources, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and standardized tests, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, grade books, and classroom logs in accordance with school policies.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians via meetings, newsletters, and digital platforms to discuss student performance and wellbeing.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular programs such as reading clubs, science fairs, and cultural events.
- Lead daily recitation and proper pronunciation of the Al‑Qur’an, ensuring students develop both linguistic and spiritual proficiency.
- Uphold a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment, promoting respect, honesty, and responsibility among students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school leadership, and support staff to design interdisciplinary projects and school‑wide initiatives.
- Participate in continuous professional development workshops, staff meetings, and curriculum review sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, preferably in PGMI/SD (Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah / Sekolah Dasar).
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders; female candidates should be willing to observe modest dress (hijab) if required by school policy.
- Experience: Entry‑level candidates (0 years) are welcome; however, prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
- Key Skills: Ability to read and pronounce the Al‑Qur’an accurately, strong communication skills, basic knowledge of microprocessor architecture (as a preferred technical literacy), and proficiency in classroom technology.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 06:44 – 17:00.
