Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator – Social Media to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative, tech‑savvy woman aged 18‑28 who lives in the Magetan or Wonogiri area and is passionate about crafting engaging digital stories. As a key voice for our brand on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, you will help shape the online presence of a forward‑thinking company that values innovation, authenticity, and community connection.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in copywriting, visual editing, and social media strategy, using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. You will work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with the marketing manager, designers, and product teams to deliver compelling content that drives engagement, builds brand loyalty, and supports business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a weekly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual style.
  • Write persuasive copy for posts, stories, reels, and short‑form videos, tailored to the preferences of our target audience.
  • Create eye‑catching graphics, thumbnails, and motion graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
  • Film, edit, and publish short videos that align with trending formats and platform algorithms.
  • Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular performance reports to inform future content strategies.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely, personable manner.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to highlight new launches, promotions, and customer success stories.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, proactively suggesting innovative ideas.
  • Ensure all published material complies with brand guidelines, copyright regulations, and community standards.
  • Assist in organizing and executing virtual events, challenges, or influencer collaborations to broaden reach.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, age between 18 and 28 years.
  • Residence in Magetan or Wonogiri, with reliable transportation to the office.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with an eye for detail and proper grammar.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and visual editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
  • Demonstrated experience (or a solid portfolio) in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, including content creation and audience interaction.
  • High level of creativity, curiosity, and the ability to translate brand messages into captivating visual stories.
  • Self‑motivation, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with marketing, design, and product teams.
