Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader – Pengelola Proyek dan Pengembangan Tim to spearhead our account acquisition and partnership development initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving financial inclusion through strategic collaborations with schools, government agencies, community groups, and micro‑small & medium enterprises (UMKM). The successful candidate will combine strong project‑management abilities with a talent for building and nurturing relationships, while leading a high‑performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and monitor comprehensive account acquisition programs that align with corporate objectives.
- Identify and conduct field surveys of target institutions such as schools, community organizations, and local businesses to assess partnership potential.
- Develop and present compelling proposals for financial‑literacy initiatives, simple banking solutions, and new account opening campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both public and private sector stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of joint programs.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including quantitative metrics and supporting documentation, to keep senior management informed.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of business partners and internal team members.
- Expand the partnership network across the assigned region, leveraging personal contacts in schools, governmental bodies, community groups, and UMKM networks.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their sales, negotiation, and client‑service skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and capture emerging opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk‑management standards throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher education degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Fresh graduates with strong motivation and a solid grasp of business development concepts are also encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, and UMKM.
- Proven ability to develop business and lead teams to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, ideally, basic English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- High level of organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving capabilities.
