Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly at the sales counter, answer inquiries, and provide product information with confidence.
- Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services, employing effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques to meet daily sales targets.
- Maintain a tidy and organized counter area, including regular stock checks, replenishment of merchandise, and proper display of promotional items.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to supervisors when necessary, and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments (e.g., inventory, marketing) to coordinate promotions, special events, and inventory updates.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on new arrivals and seasonal trends.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including weekend and public‑holiday work, and communicate any availability changes to management.
- Collect and report daily sales data, customer feedback, and any operational challenges to help improve store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study majors are welcome.
- Age: up to 25 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to perform upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.

- Willingness to work in a rotating shift system, including Saturdays and public holidays.
- Readiness to be based in Bandung or nearby locations and commute reliably.
