Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short‑form video and photo assets tailored for Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok.
- Develop weekly content calendars that align with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure each piece supports broader promotional strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay updated on the latest social‑media features, challenges, and viral formats, and incorporate them into content production.
- Perform basic copywriting and caption crafting to enhance storytelling and boost discoverability through hashtags and SEO‑friendly language.
- Manage the end‑to‑end production workflow, from brainstorming and storyboarding to post‑production polishing and final delivery.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and voice while experimenting with new visual styles.
- Track content performance using analytics tools, generate insights, and iterate on future concepts based on data.
- Work both independently and within cross‑functional teams, providing feedback and supporting junior creators when needed.
- Adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring all assets are ready for scheduled publishing times, including weekend releases.
Requirements
- Female candidates, minimum age 18 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Professional, polished appearance and confidence in front of the camera.
- Strong creative instincts, ability to generate fresh ideas, and a keen eye for current social‑media trends.
- Proficiency with basic editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Canva, or comparable software.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a solid visual sense, enabling you to craft compelling narratives in under 60 seconds.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and a professional work ethic.
- Willingness to work on‑site, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic understanding of content strategy, audience segmentation, and performance metrics is a plus.
