Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, providing knowledgeable product information and personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to encourage purchase decisions and upsell complementary items.
- Maintain an inviting store atmosphere by ensuring displays are well‑stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Actively attract foot traffic through engaging promotions, in‑store events, and proactive outreach to passersby.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while tracking personal performance metrics.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments securely.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement of product offerings and service quality.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to coordinate stock replenishment, merchandising, and special campaigns.
- Adhere to store policies, health and safety standards, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years old; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Professional and attractive personal presentation; a polished appearance that reflects the brand’s image.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and familiarity with inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with operating hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Positive attitude, high level of motivation, and a willingness to learn and develop sales techniques.
