Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing in residential neighborhoods, commercial districts, and office complexes to promote MyRepublic’s fiber‑optic internet packages.
- Act as a product influencer by clearly explaining service features, pricing tiers, and value‑added benefits in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, consistently tracking performance metrics and seeking opportunities for upselling higher‑speed plans or bundled services.
- Build and maintain a “circle of trust” with clients by providing post‑sale support, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence by documenting sales activities, monitoring competitor promotions, and reporting trends to the sales management team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, technical support, and operations—to streamline the onboarding process for new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
