Responsibilities
- Sort and classify incoming laundry items according to fabric type, color, and care instructions.
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure garments are cleaned, pressed, and folded to company standards.
- Manage the inventory of detergents, softeners, and other consumables, notifying supervisors of low stock.
- Handle pick‑up and delivery of laundry using a personal vehicle or company‑provided transport, requiring a valid driving licence (SIM).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide estimates, and record special handling instructions.
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and assist with minor routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily production targets while upholding punctuality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
- Open to all genders; inclusive hiring policy.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or late evenings as needed.
- Prior experience in a laundry or dry‑cleaning environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM) and the ability to transport laundry items to and from client locations.
- Must be able to be stationed in Sukodono, Sidoarjo for the duration of employment.
- Strong personal discipline, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills, a team‑oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn new techniques.
