Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with guests to foster strong relationships and repeat business.
- Serve food and beverages with consistent quality, ensuring temperature, presentation, and portion control meet brand standards.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and safe at all times, including regular sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables; report shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, cash‑register reconciliation, and shift reporting.
- Participate in routine training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and health‑safety regulations.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic efficiently, ensuring quick service without compromising quality.
- Identify and resolve minor equipment issues, escalating major problems to the management team promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years (maximum 26 years).
- Open to all genders; we welcome diverse applicants.
- Must be a practicing Muslim, as the outlet operates in accordance with Islamic values.
- Clean, neat personal appearance and proper uniform compliance.
- Strong personal integrity: disciplined, honest, responsible, and courteous.
- Good physical health and mental stamina to handle standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 15 kg.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand and follow SOPs.
- Customer‑service orientation with a smile, patience, and the ability to handle complaints constructively.
- Team‑player attitude, capable of supporting colleagues during busy periods.
