Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders accurately and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items according to AEON’s quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions, operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitization of equipment, tables, and dining areas.
- Assist with stock monitoring, receive deliveries, and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and uphold service excellence.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and forward complex issues to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal protective equipment usage.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and company policies.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for reliable commuting to the outlet.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays (tanggal merah), and during the Lebaran period.
- Basic proficiency in using a store management system or POS software.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
