Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with corporate revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and key decision‑makers in target markets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales supervisors and executive assistants, ensuring consistent performance monitoring and skill development.
- Conduct regular market analysis to uncover emerging trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Prepare and present quarterly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to create tailored packages, promotions, and group‑booking solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent ZHM at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations across all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales leadership role within a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities; experience managing teams at the supervisor level or above.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent grooming standards and polished interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Educational background: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven sales development experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
