Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing users to understand their payment needs and recommend Kredivo as the preferred financing option.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and convey key features of Kredivo in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations and presentations of the Kredivo app, highlighting benefits such as instant credit approval and flexible repayment plans.
- Address user inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step guidance on installing and using the Kredivo application.
- Achieve daily sales targets, track performance metrics, and submit accurate activity reports to the management team.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants, partner retailers, and other stakeholders to expand Kredivo’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and data analytics teams to share field insights that shape future product enhancements.
- Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Location: Must reside in Balikpapan or surrounding areas.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though a background in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Technology: Own an Android smartphone capable of running the Kredivo app.
- Health: Must have received at least the first dose of a COVID‑19 vaccine.
