We are seeking a dedicated Professional Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned motorcycles and light vehicles to transport cargo and passengers according to scheduled routes.
- Plan daily routes using navigation tools, taking into account traffic patterns, road conditions, and delivery windows.
- Conduct pre‑trip vehicle inspections, checking oil levels, tire pressure, brakes, and lighting to guarantee roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Load and unload goods safely, securing items to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers, assisting with boarding and addressing any concerns.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and the stipulations of the driver’s license (SIM C).
- Report any incidents, vehicle malfunctions, or delivery discrepancies promptly to the fleet manager.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and ongoing training programs to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customer service to resolve delivery issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), SMK, or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- At least 2 years of proven driving experience with a clean record.
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) with no restrictions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate a motorbike safely while carrying passengers or cargo.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent time‑management and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
