Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values.
- Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations to drive sales and achieve daily targets.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and process electronic payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and creating attractive displays.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, record stock movements in Word and Excel, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members on promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product updates, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Be flexible with scheduling, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and adapt to occasional special‑event hours.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger at the time of application.

- Prior experience in sales, retail, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Demonstrated responsibility, honesty, courtesy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for inventory and reporting tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Willingness to be placed at the designated Paciran branch and to travel locally if needed.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
