Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kesehatan Terpadu (PKT) to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be a disciplined, hard‑working woman aged between 20 and 40, with at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and a minimum of two COVID‑19 vaccine doses. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Sesep machine, press, and emboss equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.
- Conduct routine health screenings for employees, record vital signs, and maintain accurate health logs.
- Implement and enforce workplace hygiene protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in emergency response actions, such as first aid, incident reporting, and coordination with medical personnel.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify potential occupational health hazards and recommend corrective measures.
- Provide clear communication and health education to staff regarding vaccination status, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare daily production reports that include equipment uptime, health check outcomes, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions on equipment handling, safety standards, and updated health regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and safety equipment are stored properly.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing both production efficiency and employee well‑being.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Age between 20 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least two documented doses of COVID‑19 vaccination.
- Proficient in operating Sesep machines, presses, and embossing equipment.
- Strong communication skills, especially verbal, to convey health information clearly.
- Demonstrated discipline, hard work ethic, quick reflexes, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety standards.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to undergo regular health assessments and training programs.
